Free Home Delivery
Have your prescriptions delivered right to your door with our FREE delivery service. We understand it may not be easy to make it to our pharmacy and are pleased to offer our patients this convenient service. We offer this service 5 days a week (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

We offer one-on-one alternative medicine services to provide our customers a holistic healthcare experience. Our wellness consultation provides guidance on how to improve quality of life, based on ayurvedic principles for your individual body type. You can also schedule an appointment to learn therapeutic yoga or to receive more information on botanical and dietary supplementation. Twelve Oaks Pharmacy offers Blister Packaging to make it easier for you to understand what medications to take and it saves you space. The intent of this packaging method is to decrease administration error because taking multiple medications daily can be confusing and unsafe if one doesn’t remember what medications were already taken or perhaps still need to be taken.
